Reporting "Spya" False Account Selling Service

Scammer's profile link: Spya
Explanation of the trade: Spya runs an old school runescape max main (staker account) selling service. He claims that the accounts have no registration emails linked, he claims that they are freshly made, and he claims that they are never used by any other person. All of these claims are false.
How they scammed: I bought an account off of Spya, and after giving him the 200m osrs payment, he sent me the login details, and I noticed something odd. The login details ([email protected]) I had rented from a user "Baus" a few days before this. After having conversation with him, it all went south. The next day the account was recovered (by him after having a brief conversation with him ingame today about it), and I had basically lost out what I did. After going to message him, I noticed that I had been blocked by him, as it said he was offline, but my other friend had him added and it said online. Lastly I noticed that the account given to me ([email protected]) login user is posted on the blacklisted rentals thread (showing that he is selling accounts that are blacklisted)

Hey,

Account was used before and user, though after the sale, became aware of that.

After the user has indicated that owning this account was displeasing I offered a refund. I, thinking that this action would somewhat improve the situation, returned the money right away. One thing was wrong from my side -- the user still had his email set on the account after the refund. Because I though that the user would appreciate that, I was cought off guard and forgot to ask for email change before refund, so I ended up refunding while with user's email on account.

User seems to be fed up more about the fact that account is recoverable by me rather than his alleged lost of 200m.

Even though the accusations are absurd, things that OP claims I say are not true, namely:

- I never blocked any customer ever.
- I've sold over 80 accounts, most of them were with unreg email, sometimes I use other questers/services, so I set email for that reason or in very few cases when I resell account(mind you, the accounts are still created by me)

I dont wanna jump in and do the staff teams work, but I would just like to throw something in here.
You said that, "User seems to be fed up more about the fact that account is recoverable by me rather than his alleged lost of 200m." when not once in the post did I say anything about the 200m that was put into this accounts payment except for how much it cost.

Aswell as the only proof you are showing is just pictures of me trying to get in touch with you... if you never blocked me, why did you leave me on read for a decent amount of time and never handle it with me? Quite concerning in my opinion.

 

Just wondering, totally irrelevant to the report; Why are you 2 trading if @Deathtolondon is DNT and more importantly, how did you come across @Baus when he's been banned way before you even joining the website?

 

I believe(according to my inbox), that no communication took place on Sythe with that user. Some people don't ask for confirmation, in which case I assume that user doesn't have an account here.

I have placed a 3 month ban on @Deathtolondon for attempted extortion. Requested the removal of the DNT on @Spya and placed a TWC for poor trading practices (Selling an account you are not the OO of when you claim to be, selling an account that is on the blacklist, not telling the buyer of previous users until after the sale)
