It's been quite some time since I made a ban evader account cause everytime I try to show my legitness I quickly mess up my VPN and login to my home address... RIP.

My original scam was involved with a runescape scam I am confessing to.

I have removed the amount of gold you're saying you'd reward to the user who helps you find out the report, this is not allowed. Throwing around with money is quite ironic as taking someone else's money is probably the reason you were originally banned for. Provide us with as much information as you remember of your previous accounts, except for Retrosparc, because that one does not exist. I'd also highly advice you to show some remorse about the reasons you were actually banned for, instead of having remorse of messing up what has gotten all your ban evader accounts banned.
