I bought from him ages ago, how do I retrieve money on paypal?

 

You can't...I'm pretty sure you sent a note saying that you were paying for a virtual item when you bought from him. even if you didn't, Paypal never sides in your favor for a virtual item...

paid 50 dollars for a steam account and it got taken back 5 days later the account had this games. and the account name was darkend1290 , and he doesnt get on msn at all anymore or has me blocked nothin i can do.

Stop buying freshly phished accounts and you will have no problems. When buying acc - ask for profile link in order to see what is the "Last online: xxx" time. If it is at least 2 weeks ago, then you can expect things to be ok. If no - bullshit account.
