Steam wont let me dl nEED help

ok i need some help here steam wont let me dl steam it gets to 42% and wont let me dl anymore does anyone have any suggestion on what to do?

ive tryed everything ive restarted comp unplugged internet cord it says steam as restarted server and i lose connection at 42%

i am not sure. try re dlin another steam or uninstall and re dl game again.

steam isnt installed why im tryint o install if it was already installed wouldnt be having this problem lol id be playin cs
