Steam Winter Sales

Hey guys,

It's the Steam Winter Sale, and i'm curious as to what you've purchased so far.

So far i've bought:

Sonic Generations (25% off)
Warhammer 40k: Space Marine (50% off)
Mass Effect (75% off)
Saints Row: The Third.


What have you bought so far?

 

Nothing yet. I'm hoping an MMO will pop up while I'm around. Really need a good new one picking it up at a discount wouldn't be too bad. I played warhammer space marine at a friends house before, it was quite fun, so it's tempting to buy it, however can you tell me what the multiplayer is like? What game modes are there? PvP, survival etc.

 

Nothing, seeing as I've spent all my monies on new PC parts. Apart from Skyrim, there's nothing that really caught my eye.

 

I don't know yet! It's installing as we speak.

 

I've bought S.T.A.L.K.E.R - Clear Sky, but other than that, nothing. I feel like I already got the games worth owning Other than those expensive games as MW3 and BF3, which hopefully will go on sale next year.

 

Already bought Mass Effect 1/2, and Saint Rows as a christmas gift for a friend. Planning on buying some more games soon because the prices are just great.

 

Weeee, just bought skyrim and MW3 since it was on sale I wonder what comes next..

 

Picked myself up Saints Row 3. So... much... fun...

 

I've heard of the game, but never really tried it. I once saw a few mins of it on youtube, but it just looked like a crappy version of GTA >_> What's it all about?

 

I suppose this answers a few questions:

 

I bought it when it was discounted during the steam sales. Friends recommended it and honestly, there is some pretty crazy things you can do - i.e. beat the living daylights out of someone with a dildo - no joke :nuts: . If you're into the GTA genre, then you'd definitely love this.

Try pimping a street sweeper for size, giving it neon lights, a new paint job, etc.

 

That cleared a lot of questions for me. Damn it looks pretty sweet.

 

Hmm, it just looks like a freestyle version of GTA with some extra performance etc. For me it looks like a game that would get boring after a few hours... What's the point of the game? Any goals, missions, etc.?

 

Wish i was as smart as you. I took advantage of the sale but i hate it, i'm already bored.

I also got AVP for like £2.49 or something.
