Steam Proxy Help

[kunkka.in]

Hi I need some program/method to connect to Steam over a proxy server. The reason is because my internet is behind a proxy server and I can only connect to the internet by enabling the proxy server option in Internet Explorer.

Please post here if you have any working solution. Will pay if it works
