Steam disable accounts/delete file help

Ive heard you can delete a file and then Steam will only disable the reported account and not ALL accounts i have been logged onto.

Help pl0x.

Yes. Go to the OS C drive, then program files, then steam, then logs, then erase the file with all the log info.
