did rs3 receive a huge influx of players when it was added to steam?
I'm not sure, but due to how the game is designed its been on the decline while OSRS is rising. RS3 doesn't have a lot to offer to newer players while OSRS does in terms of gameplay, community, and media. I think that Steam and especially a modernized client would really be a big boost.
