Explanation: Rs Crown wasn't aware of the actual technicalities of how they were building his website. I have waited to make this report as I have been waiting for someone to take responsibility for his website creation other than some guy named "pankaj" on Skype (not sure on exact spelling).

Rs Crown had his website made and upon it being made his entire home page was word for word mine, the html and css files were ripped right off my website and copy pasted.. He was even using the same wording.

Rs Crown isn't at fault for this as i told him to change it and that his developer needed to not be stealing content, however I haven't been able to find a sythe profile for the guy who GodGenesis referred to make the website for Crown.

After i pointed it out that his developer wasn't only stealing my content word for word and images but he was actually ripping files from site he tried to go and delete most of my tags, here is where i found proof he has WhyGrind tagged in his site from a previous style sheet/html layout i was using.

If GodGenesis is calling this his team/his workers/his work etc and referring this to people in which they're buying stolen code I'd like to be reimbursed for an entire website in which I charge $1200+ for.

I didn't make a report as this "pankaj" guy didn't have a sythe and I knew all i had to do was wait until they figure out they can sell stolen front ends for money and I needed solid Proof GodGenesis was behind it.


I'd also like to point out, Crown was having security issues on his website in which the only people that could have read it is the developer or a hacker, well if someone is going to hack a website they usually want the information and then do as much damage as they can delete the site/try and scam with it maybe, maybe even put in a new live chat code.

I would also like to mention when Crown was being "hacked" the person reading off customer data was showing a command prompt and nothing more while reading off email addresses of actual users on the site, he ended up doing 0 harm to the site... (I ended up giving crown my opinion that he was possible being setup after being told the guy was on a proxy, and remembering the guy who made his site stole mine to begin with) (doesn't make sense to not harm the site) but all he demanded was a ransom in which he was on a proxy demanding..It would make sense if they're stealing website code that he would be low enough to try and get a ransom months later, who would hack a website and not damage it or push harder for the money they're requesting? they didn't even change anything.. it doesn't add up.

Apparently after being unbanned God genesis has been selling the same package - Claimed by IHQ.

I think its fair we should make it public as its his thread and if he can request to make it private why not public? we can hide any staff posts we want to keep hidden from public.

 

I will take $500 for the front end that was stolen. I am on skype just about 24/7 for when you can pay me.

We can do 07 gold valued at .90/m (little higher than resale buy rate) or Bitcoin valued at block chain price.

You will need to pursue the one sold you the website to recover any losses/damages.

 

You will also need to make a report on GodGenesis and his company about this if they refuse to repay damages.

The damage has been done, he's used it and done business with it for months. I really and truly don't know how that makes any sense at all.


So, Pepsi steals the recipe for coke and sells it to another company under a different name, a Coke exec finds out and sues them after they've now sold the product/used it for months, third party turns around pays coke, sues pepsi.

The court says well, "you probably didn't mean to" you guys can just dissolve the business and everyone can move on.

No? you get sued for damages/copyright.

The report should go as follows.

GodGenesis pays me $500 bitcoin or 07 @ .90/m, if he fails to do so he's banned and Crown isn't allowed to use the site he has until the entire front end is scrapped and redone.

 

I'm sure they look different as I pointed everything out in the code/content months ago when the report was posted.

I guess you owe me nothing? @RS Crown. Even though I can still see all of my old code on your front end. @Sythe

Well, if you go inspect his front end one thing you'll notice is, his home page content is word for word from the version i was using when i reported it

or maybe inspect element and see all of the same scripts and divs. apparently if i've changed my site since and it no longer matches im SOL, which is how this is turning out to be.

 

If this had been looked at 7 weeks ago the programmer who made it wouldn't have had time to make the changes he made to make everything look different, however I can still see old code commented out and when I tried to compare it with you on web archive I was told this doesn't count. I'm not going to discuss this further, as your argument is, his current content matches my old content but his code is no longer the exact same as nothing is now infringed.


I really don't appreciate you taking my view and your view and instead of trying to look at it from my point of view being "why would he have my content/styling down the T but his code is changed" when i tried to explain to you he changed it you told me I didn't even know HTML.


I'm glad we could get this resolved. Please lock it.

 

The HTML is not similar, in fact, if I were to judge this solely based on the code I would say that they both simply use Bootstrap. RSCROWNGOLD clearly uses a bunch of code straight from the Bootstrap example docs and both sites use one of the most common layouts found in e-commerce.

To me they don't look similar at all.
