I have been looking at you sample scans, but the scan of the key on the case in itself is not considered a proof of purchase (at least not by EA's Policy).

The proof of purchase is on the back of the game manual. Where it is actually written "Proof of purchase".

Do you provide this to your customers? any sample if so?

 

if it's not considered as a PoP, they why 99999999 other game cd-key stores/shops sell CD-Key Scans like me, only scans of the keys, NOT "back of the game manual" ?

 

Ask EA support why your proof of purchase scan is not considered a proof by them, don't ask me.
Posting these scans of yours as proof of purchase is misleading for your buyers. Inform yourself well before claiming them to be "Proof of Purchase" that will be recognized by the Game Company.

Do understand that, I am not arguing that your keys are not legit. But the proof of purchase you provide to the buyer is simply no way near a proof of purchase.

 

He's right, I have had issues with CD keys, and they ask for the back of manual and a receipt.
