• You can be banned in-game ONLY if you play with hacks / cheats. This ban is ONLY in one game, if play with hacks in CoD: BO, you'll be banned into that game ONLY;
• Your account can be disabled if you break the rules there.

Banned (in-game) ≠ Disabled (full account)​

With adding legit Call of Duty: Black Ops RU/EN/PL/US/DE CD-Key into your Steam Account, if you don't play with hacks / cheats, if the account is fully yours, there is no reason you to be banned in-game (in CoD: BO) or your account to be disabled.

I can't be banned even if you do the full convert of the game from one language into another. If done that over x10 times (one for me for my personal account with so far 100+ gifts bought for friends and for sale, and some games for me). So far I'm still playin' CoD: BO in English (with RU added key into my account) without any problems (bans/disable) and I won't / shoudn't have any in future. There is no reason for that.
