Stats got reset? Don't report bug on Runescape -- UPDATED!! [BAN]

I've decided to sticky this for the time being.

 

Thought about this myself, and came up with the same idea as you.

It's no coincidence only botters got reset, so I assume Jagex is trying to track us, while we think we're safe.

 

You guys can assume what you want. I thought the RS Cheating community would be interested. I sent a PM off to the guy from the other site, so I can expect a reply soon.
I honestly believe that this is the case, as the person who told me doesn't seem to be the kind of person to tell lies like this.

It's ironic, they're trying to stop botters, but they're merely producing rare accounts. IE; low levels with firecapes, skillcapes with the stat at 1, etc.

Honestly don't see why people would waste time buying a low level with a cape that lacks the actual skill. what are you showing off? that you botted and got caught?

 

No but its unique and looks neat, and could easily be made into a skiller or summoning tank or something.

 

That was a rhetorical question, try re-reading, how do you find value in a level 3 with 1 woodcutting and a 99 wc cape? if it actually had the skill its one thing, but the stats flushed so the only impression you'll give people is that you are a botter. aside from the RSC stat glitch accounts.

It's still unique and brings something that you don't usually see, and while there's still a risk of a ban, it just looks neat D:

 

didnt andrew say at runefest that they had something coming for bots and that alot of people that bot on their mains were gona be upset maybe this is what they were talking about. Id be pretty pissed if my main got reset

Its not even true, Loads of people have sent bug reports in, all you get is a message saying That your Macro isnt working, Post full proof first.

Ok I was using RSBots and then all of a sudden I couldn't fish lobsters, come to find out all my stats are reset... I've heard of reseting of one stats, but really... you need to roll all my levels back to around 10... this is really fucking pissing me off right now! Fuck you Jagex I spend 5 bucks on your damn game just let me do what ever the fuck I want!!!

 

lol this is sorta funny. its a reason why you shouldnt bot on your main imo. Im curious though if your stats got reset from say 60 range to 1 range and you were using a dbow and it was still equipped could you still use the dbow?, or if you were using a godsword and got reset to 1 atk.

stat resets could make for some amazing pkers lol

 

This really makes me want to Suicide soulwars for days and get 99 hp, get the cape, put it on and pray for a rollback to lvl 1. Cb lvl 1 + skillcape? Now THATS an awesome account.

 

Jagex's main goal is to make money. They only try to stop botters so that the game is more fun and fair for legit players, so that they won't quit and cancel their subscription. It costs Jagex a lot of money to spend time trying to fight botters.
