    Startyourironman discord scammed
    bought OSRS services off startyourironman discord for my ironman account, got 3 emails trying to reset my password, wont refund me order, his worker broke ingame rules and advertised ingame on my account while working it seems.

    Hi @alex orr,
    Unfortunately, I don't see any evidence suggesting that the worker was behind the emails or advertising in game.
    Was there a ToS agreed upon? A partial refund seems appropriate unless the ToS agreed upon suggests otherwise.

    when i paid for the order the manager named ( HUH ) was doing the work like kindle said, then i find out he gave it to some other worker, that i didnt even know of, and never knew who it was they didnt tell me. then all of a sudon i start getting emails trying to reset the password while i was asleep.

    Sorry, @alex orr there's no reasonable method to know who triggered the e-mails to be sent. Since there doesn't seem to be a ToS suggesting otherwise, the partial refund seems appropriate.
    If there's any further issues, then please open a new report.
