Starter HCIM's with protection prayers + more?

I have an idea for building Hardcore Ironman accounts with the following:

- 45 Prayer (All protection prayers)
- Rune Axe
- 60-65 Magic
- 1m gp
- 40-50 hp

What do you think would be a fair price for an account like this?

 

You don't think many would want them? Protection prayers alone is handy right off the hop.
I'd think this would save a ton of time for any new hcim player that wanted to quest/pvm.

 

I think you'd do better if you had the customer make the account and just offer the service at a flat rate. 30-40$ seems reasonable

This way it mitigates you being low reputation as @Kanye pointed out, also gives you a way to accumulate vouches.

I'd highly recommend using a middleman, have the person paying you send the money to the MM (crypto would be easiest) up front then collect once the service is complete. This protects both parties
