I have a question about the costs behind setting up a good gold farm. I am not looking for some massive operation but just enough to farm a bit of gold.

The questions I have are:
1. How much would you say it would cost to setup an effective gold farm, VPS'/scripts etc.
2. Are there any specific bots you would recommend that work better than others?
