Starry has yet to send me payment, i can send screen shots and have video to confirm. Have not gotten any notifications in my email or paypal & it's been over one hour, he insists he has sent it but has not, i have requested 204 USD. Do not Trust this guy. If anyone can help me or let me know what i should do i would really apprciate it.
