About the game

StarForge is a game about gathering resources, building bases, crafting anything you want, and surviving on an alien planet. Earth's star is dying and humanity transferred as much technology and resources as possible and left on a one way mission to populate another planet.
StarForge was inspired by Halo, Warcraft 3, Borderlands, Terraria, and Minecraft. It borrows elements from the RTS, FPS, RPG, Voxel Builder, Tower Defense, and Physics Sandbox genres. We are building a dark and serious universe and want the player to live out their own unique story on the procedural planet. The game is being developed by CodeHatch

- When in the inventory, simply click with you mouse to pick up an entire stack of your crafted gear. By holding and dragging you will only move one at a time.
- You will have to log in to play. Please let the store page(the one that loads after you login) load up fully, this is required for authentication.
- Digging is disabled for this update. It will be in a future update.

Known Bugs:

- Our menu currently has a bug where you have to hit the main menu twice after being in the browser.
- Your gun shoots if equipped while your in the inventory

Please note: This game is extremely buggy, which is to be expected at this stage of development, and the releases are not a showcase of where the developers are at in terms of progress, as you can tell from the trailers.

What kind of question is that?

It's in pre-alpha which means it is bug ridden, very limited with zero stable builds at this moment in time. The whole point of this thread was to alert people to the concept that is currently being built, giving people the chance to mess around on the current builds, register their usernames and perhaps give the project some backing via donating and purchasing the completed game (when it is released).

The project recently made around $120,000 on indieGoGo to fund the development, and the project is in full swing.

Yea the game has an incredible amount of potential but it looks like shit right now.
