star_scream scammer

Ok I don't know who thought it was cool to delete my thread but I can keep making them until firez gets to check it out so keep doing it I don't give a fuck this is really starting to piss me off.

account 1: w e e d pk3r as you can see it clearly says 160 jcoins are due which is right around 18$ in current rsgp.



account 2: Sephiroth285\gods merch - His account name was snagged while he was under insufficient funds and was forced to changed the account name I can let any mod or admin log into the account to verify the name is linked to the correct account.



To those who don't know what this is about a while back where star_scream had a bunch of upgrades bounce anyways I was one of them or 2 depending how you look at it. anyways both the accounts are now in negative balance, and I've gotten both dialetic and star_scream to at least confirm this much.

ok now is where the dispute comes in. Dialetic and star_scream both think I only deserve 24 mil worth how is this even remotely fair?

- I paid 26 mill [ this if for you dialetic 26 - 24 = 2!] so you mean to tell me that I am paying him 2 million to cost me 36$ in damages?
- not to mention I'm not even asking for my actual rsgp back on top of this I'd just like enough to get my accounts out of negative credit so I can use them again.

Dialetic and star_scream are trying to use the following as their defense:

1. it wasn't star_screams fault it was his re-sellers:
last I checked here on sythe rather it be an upgrade or account if it's a resell you are responsible for repaying if something goes bad if you want unbanned regardless of the situation.

2. Dialetic thinks because back when he was mod a decision that was made to pay back 12m per account so he thinks thats all I should be entitled to I'd like to point out the following:

- I was never informed rather it be by pm or other that star_scream was coming back or anything how am I suppose to fight for something that I have no idea that is going on they knew I was one of the people ripped off as well.

- I can't speak for anyone else scammed by star_scream because I don't know what kind of losses they had. but mine is clearly far over 4-6 dollars [ depending on the market]

EDIT: also dialetic seems to think I'm a liar or something so here is the proof of what dave said about talking to firez about the situation.



I really don't see why this is such a hard thing to sort out to me it seems very black and white please read this firez and make a decision.

 

Dave and Ryan know my decision and they will handle this from here on out.

 

The final decision has been decided. Dialatic/Star you are meant to give Guitarist 30m repayment per account. That's 12m for the initial upgrade, plus half of the 35M required to purchase a $20 UGC to come out of negative credit. If one of you could please PM me screenshot proof when the repayment is complete that would be excellent. I will also drop both of you a PM incase you don't come around to seeing this.

Total repayment meant to be given to Guitar is 60M (30m per account x2)
