staking in 2007 predictions

so i just want to get the general sythe opinion on staking in the 2007 servers. do you guys see growth in the d.a? do u think all the forms of staking will make a come back ( i only ask because i dont see any mage boxers yet). do you guys think that there will eventually be a movement to a designated world? I want to get back into staking but only if I think it is worth it. Any and all opinions on 2007 staking are welcome, thanks guys!

 

I think a lot of what you are asking would be easy to form your own opinion on, but...

I've noticed growth - some people I talk to have tried to get questing out of the way along with getting a decent amount of starter cash - which is an obvious necessity before you start staking.

All forms will be there - you need to consider the time it takes to train up accounts (and the money it takes to use Ancients for Mage Boxing).

Themed worlds passed the vote in a recent poll, so there will obviously be designated staking servers.

 

Staking is much more popular in 07 in comparison to EoC. As for mage boxing, no one is doing it because it costs a lot of money to train magic and is much more difficult to get 80+ magic and ancients than getting 60 attack and a dds.

Staking is worth it but i'm being honest staking in 07 is mostly all about PID... It's ridiculous.

 

I don't understand the whole PID thing, sure it gives you the first hit but if you build your account correctly you should still be able to win against someone who has the first hit. There have been plenty of occasions where I haven't had the first hit, but I've out specd someone ddsing. There have also been occasions where they have outspecd me.. There is no way to get both players attacking at the exact same time, so you either deal with it or you don't.

 

I dont understand why everything is in 1 world? -_- staking pking trading and pvm?

Also Sparc Mac's method seems to be very efficient, get a high ranged level, stake with ranged on. When the fight begins, attack once or twice with ranged before u get dds'd(hope for a couple 20s) then dds and finish him off. He wins every time, rarely he loses.

 

If you live in the UK then one of the best things you can do is make a DDS staker with one prayer and stake in the American hours.

Stake with movement off and you will mostly get the first hit 99% of the time.

 

mage boxings already out man i saw two blood barraging today when i was dds staking
