    Anger Issues

I am a very calm person in real and tend to be quite. Most of the time I'm serious and when someone tells me a joke, most of the time I can't tell whether its a joke or just a statement of an opinion. Once a friend of mine spoke who is a girl, she said a joke to me and I took it serious, but then she was like "Relax its just a joke", it happened a few times. No i'm not 12 or 13 who doesn't know anything.

I'm 19 and i've been like this for a while, please try to understand. I also tend to get angry easily and want to kill someone who criticizes me, whether its the internet or in real. I can't seem to ignore haters, i always have to reply and swear at them and then at some point if it was happening in real id beat the crap out of the person. If it's a person on the internet I tend to punch the wall a few times to let my anger out. I do not like fighting, it's people that provoke me to do it.

I don't know what to do.

It seems to me there are underlying issues here. Anything events or the like you can think of that made a change for you? One of my favorite quotes from the funky Buddha fits well here: “Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.” You have to realize that having anger for people in situations as small as you've described is not hurting them, it's hurting you.

There's too much focus on the anger here and not much focus on what you're describing to be a lack of interpretation of social cues.

I'd recommend seeing a psychologist/psychiatrist about a potential disorder (thinking minor autism).

it will be mch better there are many types of people and some are just better being with other serious perople. you seem like a serious but happy person so maybe just find friends who are also serious but happy. this is much easier to do when older too!
