    This report is more so a report on the company Dutch Digital Internet Services which the user http://www.sythe.org/members/341608-sebas613.html uses for his website RSGP.EU.

    The scam report is as follows.

    Explanation of the trade: The trade is as follows - I regularly bulk buy 07rs/EOC Gold from the website RSGP.EU run by Sebas613. I usually spend between £400-£2700 when bulk buying via PayByPhone. Between the 3rd of July and 6TH Of July I ordered gold in both 07/EoC to total amount of £2505.
    When ordering gold via phone you are made too dial the premium rate number and then enter a specific pin code. Each call is capped at £20 so you can see I made quite a lot of phone calls and with this lies the problem I and RSGP.EU/Sebas613 have been dealing with currently since the 6TH of July.

    21-23 phone calls did not complete on Sebas613 providers side.
    The total amount of gold outstanding to be paid - Roughly 54M 07RS/600M EOC.
    The total amount of gold brought outstanding that I paid via PAYBYPHONE = £404.04.

    These figures are what the provided evidence I gave showing my PAID bill states I am owed, the GOLD figures are what Sebas613 worker Jeff gave me via images detailing successful orders/failed orders/orders that went through but what we have an issue with.

    Therefore I am owed £404.04 worth of gold, currency payout does not bother me as Sebas613 knows I would take it split between games or collectively one version.

    My issues are as follows, I have also private messaged Superfluous also.

    - I have been made to wait since the 6th for payment due to the following reasons and excuses.
    - The person who deals with these payment issues has been off (I say conveniently because it is - until today).
    - Sebas613 uses DDIS who uses another company who only uses 1 PERSON too deal with these issues (listed above has been off all week) and still didn't resolve the issue today as I was informed it would be.
    - DDIS has been paid via my provider who in turn I paid.
    - DDIS claims, as does RSGP.EU have to accept that via DDIS being paid I have paid RSGP.EU. That they have not received all the money I have paid HOWEVER This is impossible due to the payment method used.
    - It is impossible to receive selected payments when I have paid my bill as my provider (will give all details for provider to check and see this is 110% honest) has paid DDIS £2505.
    - I have waited over a week now, countless reasons, excuses rude, unprofessional emails from DDIS and a lack of resolution from Sebas613 has now lead me to post this thou Sebas613 said this was unnecessary.


    REASONS Why I cannot resolve this myself
    - IF I request a chargeback or refund via my provider they will reclaim the full amount. It is impossible for them to selectively refund specific orders due to me paying a Charge collectively, I make bulk orders and pay 1 charge instead 1 charge per 1 order.
    - I DO NOT AND REPEAT DO NOT WANT TOO ILLEGALLY DO THE ABOVE and defraud Sebas613 out of money. I have also informed Superfluous I do not wish to do the above.

    Therefore I would like this matter too be taken on board by Sythe Market Moderators and for their opinion to be used as a resolution in this matter.

    Before I state what resolution I'd like as an outcome I'd like to once reiterate my situation.

    I cannot LEGALLY ask for a chargeback as it would therefore ILLEGALLY defraud Sebas613 out of £2101 worth of sales.
    I cannot understand why although it has taken a week this was not resolved today as I was told it would be - Only update I was given today was 'They need your phone number again'.

    What resolutions I will accept until this matter is resolved.

    I do not request or ask for full payment, I'm not ruthless or rude or stupid enough to expect full payment HOWEVER these are the only two resolutions I will accept within the next EIGHTEEN HOURS. (I have 19 Hours left before I will have NO PAYMENT PROTECTION from my provider)/

    I will accept the following resolutions

    - Full payment from one server order
    - That would either be 600m-650M EOC OR 54M 07RS
    - I think everyone can clearly see that if Sebas613 can accept previous payments from me and TRUSTS HIS OWN service provider DDIS then in GOOD FAITH he would willingly offer me a PART/PARTIAL payment until this is resolved instead of refusing this.

    If Part OR Partial payment is not possible I would ask for a 24Hour ban on ALL Runescape related tradings under the user Sebas613

    The above request would be for the following reasons which I believe are fair and true.

    I have waited over a week, trusted and done everything asked of me by Sebas613, RSGP.EU and DDIS.
    I have only 19 hours left of payment protection and thus cannot willingly or honestly trust for this to be resolved within this time frame as so much time has already past.
    I have spent over £4000/£5000 total on RSGP.EU and would have expected Sebas613 to offer me a partial payment as a good will gesture/payment in faith instead of me requesting this.

    Due to the nature of this report all relevant documentation can be provided via private inbox, sythe or email - Any mods involved can request this via Sythe inbox with relevant forwarding information and I'll do what is requested.

    The information I can provide
    - Call logs, call times, call times per order ratio, call times cost, proof of purchases, proof of payment

    What information Sebas613 can provide
    The call times
    The successful call logs
    The successful call logs, unsuccessful and unclaimed logs
    The information from messages between himself and DDIS (I can provide the emails between myself and DDIS).


    At the end of the day I PERSONALLY would have seriously liked to continue ordering from RSGP.EU as I believe me and Sebas613 have a great relationship in terms of buying/selling however it has been way too long, this is regardless of whatever reasons DDIS may provide.

    This is now a fraud case if reported to my provider and the police, the money has been paid, I have provided this information and have not been given the goods I have paid for.
    Sebas613 has not even entertained a partial payment, I find this quite offending.


    Any other information can be requested and provided for either by me or Sebas613, he has been notified of this thread being made and finished as of 13/07/2015 18:47pm.

    Update post

    - Will use this post to include any updates between now and tomorrow afternoon.

    - Have asked for a partial payment/payment in good faith from Sebas613
    - No replay as of yet.
    - Refused part or partial payment.
    - Sebas613 informed me that he will not be online till Midday tomorrow leaving one hour for this too be resolved.
    - Asking Sebas613 for images to give too my provider in case this is not resolved.
    - Asked to wait for images to help with chargeback if this is not resolved whilst Sebas613 completes a 5B 07RS Trade

    Sebas never mentioned speaking to any moderator, can submit livechat information to this.

    The order is charged due the method purchasing gold - Paybyphone includes a bit of a charge. Speaking to time and about too add him on sythe and hopefully show him my call logs etc. If you send me your skype Sellerman Ill add you and show you also.

    I'm just going to post here that we have contacted our payment service provider on behalf of Sebas.
    We haven't heard back from them yet, so we can't release the payments until they say the payments haven been made.

    I'm sure he will be.

    According to Sebas MMORPG (Ron), has most of the pertinent information regarding this matter, as only Ron can access payment info when it's been incorrectly processed/lost/etc - OP knows this also.

    Seb himself told me too keep making the calls when it stopped working and to PM him the 6 digit codes and he would sort it.
    That was a week ago.
    It's Monday, it hasn't been sorted.

    Considering it's been a week and you had all day to rectify it today and the only update given was 'they need your number again' and the amount spent I'd have thought more would have be done.

    Ill add you too Skype and when you get back I'll provide all the information and image links that have been given to Time, SM and Blade.

    I also out of kindness and genuine respect towards Sebas turned down SM offering to ban him from Sythe till this is resolved, in return he blanks me further and I get the same generic replies from you as I get from Ron/DDIS.

    I think you need to respect people who spend considerable amounts a bit better in all honesty.

    Update - Issue still not resolved on Sebas/DDIS side, was informed by time and Video I'd receive the remaining 30% outstanding 44M 07RS when I logged on and contacted Sebas - He is now refusing this.
