Stagnation of OSRS botting

I feel there is much less innovation when it comes to OSRS botting

 

What innovation is needed?
Developers are open to new ideas.

There's:

• Scripts for most major money making methods & skills
• Bots with public APIs or scripters to create anything you request
  
• Web walkers that cover almost the entire RS map (including teleports, fairy rings, etc.)
  
• Tools to start entire farms with one button
• Auto muling
• Auto account replacement

Wadayawant, GPGenerator.exe?

 

I think since the game hasn't changed much, there's no need for more advanced techniques. Wasn't RiD supposed to use computer vision? Don't think there's much need for that, plus I feel like it'd be computationally expensive.

Though I am interested if anybody has any innovative ideas they wanna throw out

 

Simply put, there is not enough money in it for more innovation to occur.

 

Running autoclickers in emulated device is very innovative. But seriously, any interesting project such as unofficial ABC3, RiD that has ever attempted aa figh against botwatch's heuristics- have closed down.Too much money is required in order to for morr advanced volunteer projects to be reality.

This is ideal, when do you think you can release it by?

 

Boting as a whole is dying. Wow used to have very advanced bots in the past, now there`s nothing really, same with path of exile. Bots can`t keep up with detection of today or lawsuits. And there is money in making bots but for casual players not gold farmers, but with these banrates, there`s no point to even try for casual players.

 

I think Jagex' bot detection system has become very good, and this has discouraged a lot of the botters.

Another thing, though, is that people are mostly doing their own thing. Trust me, some great things are happening, but people don't really post these things publicly, and the clients/bots are kept private.
