SuF - Been doing a great job on LiveHelp.
n4n0 - Been a lot of help since I joined months ago with several issues or queries I've had, easy to talk to and get in touch with.
RsProd - Along with doing an outstanding job with the reports, was really a good help when I had some problems last week.


I don't have any complaints about the staff that aren't listed, just I haven't seen very much of you, mainly because I don't leave the RS section.

But lastly just thanks to all the admins and staff for doing such a good job.

 

FishFishy- Going Ham in the dispute section, well done.

 

I agree. You can't inappropriately close a thread like that. Especially one which is discussing a potential scam in place. Very irresponsible.

 

Superman- Thanks for taking the time to help me with a problem I had.

 

Punjabi - Thanks for being EXTREMELY flexible and understanding an issue we had together, it won't happen again.
I'd also like to thank you for the huge job that you're doing on the Runescape market.

Alteranz - Thanks for the HUGE help you brought on a scam report that happened a month ago, I appreciate much much much.

Sin666 - Thanks for keeping me updated for the same scam report that Alteranz helped me with.

 

Looked at the report and noticed my post at the end came off different than I wanted it to, apologies for that. In all fairness the thread was going to be closed soon anyway. I admit I should have thought a bit more before closing it. I will leave it closed though for now seeing as the site is down as well, if the OP wants it open again then as I've said they are free to PM me or another mod to reopen it.

I've edited my post at the end to look a little less aggressive, if that's the right word. Plus if the OP PMs me wanting it open I will happily reopen it.

Thanks again for the feedback guys, as I've said I'm still learning the ropes. Feedback like this helps stop me from making the same mistake twice.

 

Laptop, you've done a decent job in your first day, I was surprised that you got promoted tbh, but I'm sure that you will improve over time, as everyone does. Everyone else judges people early, but I doubt david beckham scored a perfect free-kick on his first attempt. Practice makes perfect broski

Nick - Thanks for helping me with all the questions I had and resolving the TWC Issue. I love how you have your funny side of you .

 

Everyone including Laptop65, He was kind enough to PM me and actually talk about it, i respect that.

 

If your referring to the thread he closed in rs2 on the private server there was good reason to close it, from what I seen it was newcomers posting "no don't close down" or people accusing of scamming with mild flaming beginning, in a couple of days the whole thread would have turned into spam. Laptop doesn't have to begin moderating until march but he has began this month to help people in the rs2 section. and if your referring to your infractions there was no reason to post on his thread if it was a suspicion it should have been reported in the RaSc and then left until a mod handled it, and there was no reason to continue to post on his thread about him potentially scamming..

 

I actually think Laptop did a good job with locking that thread, after all, zarpor.com IS closed. If the owner wishes to make a complaint/scam report, then he can.

The thread was turning into a spamfest, he prevented a lot more, Good job.

I think he was on about his two infractions. I only put them there until I saw the outcome of a certain scam report. In future I've found it better to just PM the user if an issue like that pops up. I've spoken to him over PM and I've reversed both of his infractions.

No hard feelings alright? And don't let a new mod's mistake put you off donating.

 

I personally think that you're doing a great job, and people are just mad that you got mod (i don't know why), so they're trying to find ways to make you look bad. Keep doing what you're doing.

 

Me and him talked a bit over PM and it's all sorted now. I dunno, maybe one or two are jealous. I'm still a bit surprised I got promoted to be honest, I thought it would at least a few more months before I would get considered at all for mod. Thanks anyway.

 

Like so many of us people tend to blame new staff for a mistake or think they will be easier to reverse an infraction. I don't think laptop has been too shabby. I'm busy with stuff so I'm being quiet.

 

I think Laptop is doing great for a new moderator. I reported a post that was phishing and he responded quickly.

 

I Admit i was harsh posting what i posted but yes i was pretty annoyed.
Laptop was kind enough to PM me and talk it over, Which i didnt expect to be honest. He is doing a great job, its just i overlooked that when he went and flew into me with some infractions. Glad he got promoted, Hopefully get to know him better too as he has more on his plate to deal with, as Runescape section is full of surprises.

 

Nice to see how active and well Laptop has been doing since his promotion the other day, he has pretty much handled every post I've reported in RS section and most of them he had already resolved before I'd posted.

Great work, hope you can keep up at this pace and stay motivated!
