Thanks guys, but Matthew deserves credit for doing the bulk of the coding for the new system - it was my idea, and I did help a bit with coding, but he did most of the technical work behind it

Rules are made to abide, not to break. N4n0 was well within his rights to lock that thread of yours because you didn't follow that forums particular rules, end of story.
He also doesn't have the power to ban you for 24hours because he is a sectional, not a global.

On topic, very nice work to the three *new* mods, they're getting through an exceptional amount of work. Awesome stuff.

 

No need to take your anger out on someone else because you cant hit a button on the keyboard.

OT: Thanks to all mods on IRC who I bother when I need something.

 

He was explaining something that you might not have known, you don't have to personally attack him. Next time, you should PM N4no

On topic: I'm growing a bit tired of some mods that act as they are above other members. I'll try to word this better in a bit.

 

Sin: Like how you're not afraid to speak your mind, even if it goes against what other mods say.

I think this is a good point in this thread for everyone to take a step back and realize how much the staff do as a whole. We always think of them as individuals, and not as a team of staff as a whole.

If each staff member didn't do their part, they wouldn't be a part of the team. Every scammer they ban is another legitimate member that was saved. Even if they have never directly helped you, understand that their work is constantly protecting your money, accounts, and other items.

This post is a thank you to ALL of the staff members, new and old, male and female, teenager or adult.

wow guys.. since the new mods have come to play, i realised the Report a Scammer section has virtually no threads.. nice to see its actually getting done.
Thanks to all the mods who do this, you are really doing a great job!

A lot of you are taking the time to comment on just one or two mods. If you could spend a litte longer on your posts, and try and encompass the rest of the staff members, your feedback would be greatly appreciated. Be it positive or negative(and not just outright disrespectful), your comments are always welcome. If by chance, for one reason or another, you need to leave negative feedback and fear backlash(Which you really shouldn't), don't forget about the Anonymous Feedback!

 

Awesome Stranger - Very active, do not know much about you, but I hope we will get to know each other.

Cosrob97 - Can not say much about you. As far as I seen, you are doing good, just try to be a little bit more active. Not saying that you are not active, just think that you can try to be a little more active if it possible for you.

Determinate - Very active, especially in his moderating section, good work.

Djweasel - Active and helpful.

FlyingToast - Active as far as I seen, keep it up.

JohnK - Doing his job good.

Josh0is0here - Did not see you much lately, but I hope you are good.

Kinaesthic - Active and nice guy! You are friendly and helpful.

Scottay - Do not see you lately and did not communicate much with you, but as much as I seen, you are doing good.

KerokeroCola - When you was a RuneScape moderator, you were very active, now you are still very active, but you are moderator market section, so please be the most active in it.

MohtasaUnique - Firstly I did not have a strong opinion about you, but you shown what you can. You are friendly, active and helpful, keep it up man!

n4n0, Wulfspade1 - Welcome back, you did a good job and now you are being active once again.

SuF - Doing very good, is very active and professional.

Clashfan - Love you man! You have the power!

Farcast - You are active when you can and you do well.

Cskiffingt1 - You are active, just sometimes you are too harsh when it is not needed, apart that, doing very good

FireZ - Good work. Back in a Day Skele_Master (Skele) were active as you are now. You took his role ha ha.

Giddy - I do not like how you give infractions for reports, if you do not like the report, leave it for someone else. Besides that, everything is good.

Karl - Good work, you are very active, you are doing good, with more expierence you would be amazing.

Sacro -Good work, try to be more active, you are global now.

Sin666 - Very active, professional and bla bla bla, you do everything very good, do not have anything bad to say, only good things.

Nick - Welcome back man, try to be more active, you are very legit and smart guy.

Giverny - Good job, more active than these guys *cough* Administrators *cough*.

Matthew - You are professional. Sometimes please listen what do I suggest lol. If you would be active, that would be super awesome.

Govind - Not so active as earlier, but you are doing good, try to be more active dude. Apart this, you are doing good.

Sythe - I like your posts most of the time. You are active when you are able, good job.


A feedback for some sectionals and one or two globals. Guys, always think with your own head when it is needed, sometimes you need to provide your own opinion. Moreover, if you think that you do not know about a certain think, for example, you want to provide an infraction for a certain post, but you do not know about some things which are provided in a message. Then firstly get to know more about them, or just pass it to the other moderator. Do not think like that, I will just infract it and the job is done, sometimes the investigation in such cases is needed. These are rare cases, but are still worth mentioning, thanks.

Scottay - Kinda stopped talking to me as soon as you turned mod as if I wasn't worthy anymore, which I didn't like. But I guess you're doing ok.
SuF - Took him longer than 30 seconds to responds to some of my reports so we have some serious problems there. But he's doing good
Wulfspade1 - I've always seen Wulf as a mature user on Sythe and I think he's doing an excellent job


Clashfan - Good Job, speaking to him on IRC and he forced me to say he's doing a good job.
CSkiffingt1 - Great Job
Farcast - ^
FireZ - Comes on IRC and talks about mod stuff and I ALWAYS see him saying "Hammered" so I think he's taken out a fair few scammers and what not.
Giddy - Haven't seen lately.
Karl - Less active lately (think he went on holiday or osmething?) but doing a good job
Nick - Didn't even know he was mod.
Sacro - Works with IRC so... Just plain cool.

Giverny - I fancy Giverny, always see her posting and sorting people out
Matthew - Does a lot of work that people can't see which I have heard about on IRC, so good job.

While I may not appear to be as active to the community, other staff members (especially administrators) can vouch that I've been doing immense work behind the scenes lately.

 

I would never doubt your, or any staff members productivity.

I toroughly appreciate the work you and the other staff do, keep up the good work!
