Re applying for Pardon

My last pardon request was turned down because I couldn't get enough support. However I feel that I am fit to be back on sythe again. I was banned for a 5m scam that happened when I was incapacitation and didn't really realize what I was doing at the time. Furthermore the next day when he confronted me I paid back 15m due to my negligence. I was always regretful for my actions. However I've changed and in recent time been a big member of gold selling community. Big sites like Bogla, PieGP, FastRSGold, PartypeteShop, Quickrsgp, Probemas, etc can all vouch for my active buying and selling of gold to them in the hundreds of mils each trade. I am willing to work out some sort of deposit or anything, but It's been more than 6 months since my last pardon request and I would like to re open if possible. Please take me into account when making these decisions.
