[SSL_Emil] Requesting a pardon for [ban evading, blackhat activity & being a SS mod]

I'd like to start off by saying hello - and thank you for reading this.

First of all, I want to let you know that this is my third pardon.

My first pardon was back in december 2014 (26/12-2014) - I left out ban evading and blackhat activity which resulted in my pardon being declined. The reason why I left out what is mentioned above, was because I was unaware that I had to list it. It seems sketchy, but as I recall now, I simply only thought my pardon would be concerning what I was actually banned for. I fully understand how the pardoning system works now.

My second pardon was eight months later in August 2015 (08-20-2015), which unfortunately also got declined.

Throughout my two pardons, I was told: "Try again in 6 months" - so here I am again.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
Throughout 1-2 weeks of being active on Sythe back in 2014 I had gathered almost 50 costumers. I strongly believe that no one asked me for any repayments, as not all of my costumers were banned. I also stated in my T.O.S, I would not be able to refund if anyone got banned. Though, no one actually contacted me in terms of repayment.


Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
I have basically been busy IRL with work and family - and I haven't had time to play PC; hence I haven't committed anything else against the rules.


Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I'd like to start off with the blackhat activity. It was back in the end of 2012 that I made a topic regarding an IRC botnet. I never got the botnet and it honestly haven't been in my interest to get into since back then in 2012 (Even though I never got into it in the first place)

As for the ban evading, I found it very hard to stay off Sythe. I overlooked rules and it ended in over a 2-year period off Sythe. I have not ban evaded a single time since 1½-2 years ago (I believe?)

This is from my second pardon, which I believe puts its quite well. At least this is how I feel to this day:
I was banned for being a Soulsplit (RSPS) moderator, which is partly correct. I was not contacted directly by Soulsplit, but it would be stupid of me to deny the fact that I actually helped Soulsplit. I continued to run my Soulsplit GP service. I knew several costumers of mine had been banned, but yet I continued to run my service only to maintain my greediness and have a sustainable amount of money on Runescape. My service was getting very known and almost everyone used it. I started from having absolutely no vouches to having at least 50 vouches by the time of a week. The fact that I made around $500 off those 50 costumers, I realised that what I had been doing was not legit. The money was from all of those who had been banned, which I am sorry for. I should of quit the service when I knew I was being watched, but I didn't.

As I have grown older, I have learned that pleasing everyone is impossible, but pissing everyone off is a piece of cake. By that being said, I understand why people were mad at me. As the years go by, I have realised that it is not about the profit. It is about being in a community that you like. I have always had a good eye for Sythe - which is why I would like to donate some of my profit back. I don't hope you take this in the wrong way. I have changed for the better - so please allow me to make it up by actively using Sythe goodly.
