old pardon, shows all the proof I went out of my way to pay the $20 the person my brother scammed. He seems perfectly fine with me paying

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No, I never scammed. However, I understand my IP address is my responsibility.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I don't have the detailed version of this, but my brother registered on my IP and scammed a user out of $20-25. After finding this out, i submitted an account request and I believe they told me I'm responsible for my IP. I fully understand this which is why I refunded the user that was scammed from my brother. I'm sorry for what he's done, but there's not much I can do about it, and I spoke to him and he's fine with leaving sythe alone. I have chat logs speaking to my brother on the "scammer's skype" (which is him of course), proving that it's not me. I can provide snippets of that chat if necessary, but I already have from other requests. 6 months is a very long time for a small amount that was scammed from a long time ago. Due to this, I have users deciding not to trade with me because I'm "banned" from sythe. The last pardon I requested had 4/5 of supports, with no staff ever saying "No". I think the staffs did not have time to look into it and if my connections with staff was better (I had to add many staff on skype and pm them to look at it) it would've gotten 5 supports. I am the most active member, script writer, and part of the staff on TRiBot.org, as well the only owner of Http://www.dice.rs and do not wish this ban to hurt my reputation.

I know pardon decisions differ from user to user, but I've read a few disputes allowing users that has scammed over $20+ amount, ban evaded, and admitted to it and it upsets me that I am not allowed to make an account on Sythe because of a stupid mistake my brother made.


Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes, I did, but I thought I make another one even though it hasn't been 6 months. Please let some more staff look into my appeal / "pardon".

 

You have to wait 6 months between pardons. You can next pardon on 3/09/15
