Report/post/reason that got you banned:
I was in that period an active soulsplit member, which is a runescape private server. In that time I was also actively playing Runescape and I figured, that selling the GP on SS would help me achieve my goals on Runescape - and so I did by creating "Ssl Emil". One and a half week into my selling I recieved the note on Sythe forums: "Banned for being a SS mod".

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
Throughout those 1-2 weeks I had gathered almost 50 costumers. I honestly think that no1 asked me for any repayment - also as I stated in my T.O.S, I would not be able to refund if anyone got banned. Though, no1 actually contacted me in terms of repayment.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
I was banned for being an SS mod which is partly correct. I was not contacted directly by SS, but it would be stupid of me to denie I didn't help Soulsplit as I continued to run my SSGP service. I knew several costumers of mine had been banned, but yet I continued to run my service only to maintain my greediness.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I started my Soulsplit GP selling service simply to supply myself with RS3 money. One week into my salesment I had made roughly 1500M RS3 GP, which was great - though, it was not my money. The money was from all of those who had been banned, which I am truely sorry for. I should've quit the service when I knew I was being watched, but I didn't. I am sorry for that.

You can't evade and expect to be pardoned. You went ahead and broke rules which shows you either don't care, don't understand our rules, or just choose to disregard our rules.

I know that ban evading is an instant permanent ban. What I am saying is, the fact that ban evading is often seen in situations with scamming, etc., is that this is a whole other case.

I never caught interest in scamming. I was banned for being a SS moderator; how? Where's the proof? Nothing was reliable in the report.

I have not ban evaded in over 12 months. I believe I deserve another shot.

Regarding my past involved with DDoSing; I was into it for a while until I realised the basics, demands and effects of it. Not really my thing.

The relevance is that offsite blackhat activities are a perm ban offense on sythe. You are asked when creating a pardon "anything else you haven't been banned for" you left that part blank knowing that there are other things we didn't know about previous to this pardon. If you ever want your pardon to be taken seriously you need to stop lying about ban evading, and come clean about anything you have done on other sites that would lead to a ban here on sythe. We will find out either way whether you do or don't tell us.

 

"Darkerhand" had nothing to do with me at all! The IP or mac adress registered to the account is not mine, how am I to be judged then?

I don't want to make a fool out of myself, I just think it should be taken into consideration that the mac nor account is not affiliated with me.

Regarding the blackhat, I confess I were affiliated with it for a small period of time.

This was my first pardon. I defiantly will write all my sins down and bring them up 6 months from now. Though, I would not be surprised if you would find something else on me and reject me because of that.

The purpose of a pardon is to come clean about the rules you've broken (including instances you think we don't already know about) and thus far you've shown that even when caught you'll try lying your way around it.

Are you even reading my replies? The account is not mine. He put my skype instead of his own because I am the one with GP. I am supplying him. Every single person on this planet could ruin it for someone else, if they just put their skype in. Bruh.
