SSL Emil requesting a pardon for Blackhat, ban evading & so on

I requested a pardon 8 months ago (26/12-2014) for partly being a Soulsplit Moderator. (Runescape Private Server) I waited the 8 months I was advised to and here I am again.

Report/post/reason that got you banned:

- Partly being a SS mod

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
Through out those 1-2 weeks I had gathered almost 50 costumers. I honestly think that no one asked me for any repayments, as not all of my costumers was banned. I also stated in my T.O.S, I would not be able to refund if anyone got banned. Though, no one actually contacted me in terms of repayment.


Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
In my last pardon I totally forgot about the importance of my blackhat activities as well as my ban evading. I let that out of my pardon, which was stupid of me. I was not aware of it's importance in my pardon, as I did not see it as that big of a problem 8 months ago. I am committing to my crimes now.


Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I was banned for being a Soulsplit (RSPS) moderator, which is partly correct. I was not contacted directly by Soulsplit, but it would be stupid of me to deny the fact that I actually helped Soulsplit. I continued to run my Soulsplit GP service. I knew several costumers of mine had been banned, but yet I continued to run my service only to maintain my greediness and have a sustainable amount of money on Runescape. My service was getting very known and almost everyone used it. I started from having absolutely no vouches to having at least 50 vouches by the time of a week. The fact that I made around $500 off those 50 costumers, I realised that what I had been doing was not legit. The money was from all of those who had been banned, which I am sorry for. I should of quit the service when I knew I was being watched, but I didn't.

As for the ban evading, I found it very hard to stay off Sythe. I overlooked rules and it ended in a massacre. I have not ban evaded a single time since 8 months ago.

Notice that I have not been active on Hackforums since the day I got banned on Sythe. Neither have I ban evaded the last 8 months.

8 months ago I was told to wait 6 months to re-pardon. I have not ban evaded or had anything to do with DDoSing or blackhatting.

I am asking for forgivenes. The question is, how could I do better? On what part do I have to improve?
