Dude was like 14 and spammed alot, he's like 18 now and is mature enough that he convinced me to post a pardon on his behalf. I don't think Sythe will be at any risk if he gets unbanned. Here's his quote:

the events that took place are behind me now i am reformed and willing to be a contributing, rule following, pleasure to have in the community and i wont scam
