How did this guy get pardoned? seriously

He scammed my friend 150m 07 as he was supposed to pay out 150m 07 within a week as he lost in a dice duel and we all know he's not going to pay that out if that report is 100% valid.

 

He scammed for a little amount, he needs teaching.

 

The guy is a 2006 user, he's gotta be at least 20 years old and he's that desperate for money that he has to take it from people, what a loser he's.

 

Money controls peoples lives, it's crazy what it makes people do.
