H A Z scammed me of OSRS account

About a month ago, I bought this level 126 from @H A Z : [CMB 126] 99 Slayer, 99 Agility - 1958 Total [MAX MELEE]
This account was originally owned by @TehSystem , who sold it to @H A Z in the beginning of March: [CMB 126] 99 Slayer, 99 Agility - 1958 Total [MAX MELEE]

Then @H A Z resells this exact account to me for a price of 360m OSRS GP. You can check my vouches to see proof that I actually bought this account for 360m osrsgp from @H A Z and he confirmed it saying the trade went well. @Mr Extremez was our middleman and he has witnessed the trade.

I owned this account ever since April 4th, 2017. I was on this account playing on it yesterday night. Today, I came home and apparently I could not log into the account. What's funny is, today afternoon I got a message from @H A Z on skype saying he wanted to catch up with me and said he had a friend who wanted to sell a OSRS acc with 1600 total level very cheap ($80). I told him wasnt really interested. But still I was curious and I got in touch with "his friend", who literally linked me a phishing website to hack my skype account (kept insisting I login with my skype details on this fake "app.facebook. com" website. Of course, I didnt fall for this. Im assuming @H A Z did this so he could delete my conversation with him about the trade from my skype (leaving no evidence of account purchase), and im sure he knew he could get banned on sythe if I showed our skype convo to the moderators here (all an assumption, but it seems accurate) because all of our dealing happened on skype.

After this incident, I went straight on OSRS and tried to log in and believe it or not, the info was changed. I tried to recover this account but it's on a new email address: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
I do not own a "@Outlook" email address nor does my email start with a letter "k". I contacted @H A Z about this and he said he would repay me the 360m OSRS GP if I do not get the account back. He is buying OSRS GP from Party Pete and said he wanted to use one of my gmail addresses for a discount or something, so I gave him a one of my spam emails. A few minutes after this convo, I get a message on skype from this random skype with no profile picture asking me to buy my sythe account for a good price (that's random af especially happening now... like who buys/sells Sythe accounts?). Then I also get a message from TehSystem who will most likely help me with this problem.

So I just got an update from TehSystem saying @H A Z told him that I charged back H A Z on paypal and @H A Z faked a paypal screenshot (inspect element ... idk) of "me chargebacking him on paypal". I never even gave him my paypal ID and I never gave traded with anyone on sythe or powerbot via paypal. It was all on WU or OSRS GP. @H A Z saying he will get the lv126 account I bought banned because he knows what he did was wrong and he knows i have proof to get him caught. he tried to phish me, get personal info out of me, tried to buy my sythe acc just so he can avoid getting banned and he thinks he can prevail as a scammer. please ban this idiot.

I just want to request to @TehSystem to give me back the account I rightfully bought and for the moderators of sythe to ban @H A Z .

EDIT: The OSRS maxed account is in @TehSystem possession and he is reviewing the situation.

I can confirm there was no PayPal transaction involved what so ever, it was 360m 07 for the account.
