Split the gold selling section

I have a suggestion, divide the gold selling section so it's like the guides section. One section for verified sellers who can supply gold, and one section for unverified new sellers and scam threads.

Also, could we have a "local" archive for threads that were removed for scamming so old scam threads can be seen (like in Report a Scammer)? Currently they just get archived and hidden, and quickly forgotten.
