Looking to spend $200 on EOC gold....

I am looking for around 3.1-3.6 area....
I will not go first, unless you are trusted...
I will use an OMM if you do not feel comfortable with me going first, I have alot of vouches with purchases and I MEAN BUSINESS.
I usually always pay with PayPal with no problem, I have no used anything other than paypal..All my money is in there not my bank, so I will be paying with paypal.
