Special attack timer, from login

Well, I since you get special attack every thirty seconds, when does it start when you login? I need to know exactly when so I can perfect by double spec rushes. I swear I am starting stopwatch on iPod exactly when the loading message in top left appears, I will stop it and it is usually about 31 seconds in before I get my special attack. However, I used this is the wilderness (where it is more laggy) and half the time I do not get my special attack until 33-35 seconds. That can mean a kill or no kill depending on timing. So if you know exactly when the timer starts please let me know. I have tried at many different points of the login

I'm not sure but I believe they started to range from 30 - 35 seconds after a certain update?

 

I have been timing it, and it seems to always be different. Last night I was getting it at 30 Seconds sharp, now today I have been using up my spec bar and timing every time i get spec and it is around 33-35 seconds... wtf?

 

Try 28 seconds.

 

Instead of timing from login, you could try using one spec, then starting your timer when you see the first 10% come back. Then base your 30 second intervals off that.

You will have to readjust when there is world lag though.

 

I have done a lot of research on this, I swear two weeks ago, I would do this and at 27 I would attack them from a few squares away, my attack landed at 28.5 seconds. I would get my special back at 30. Now I have been doing the exact same thing, but I start my attack at 30 seconds, it lands at 32, and I get special attack back at 34 seconds. It works 95% of the time. Seems like a hidden update perhaps?
