Terms of Service
By purchasing from Paxerr, you agree to our full website terms and the agreed project documents.
- Work begins after cleared payment unless the order says otherwise. Scope, deliverables, fees and timing are agreed before work starts.
- Revisions cover the agreed scope. New features, concepts, integrations or changes of direction may require a separate quote.
- The 30-day refund period starts when cleared payment is received, including any time spent developing the project. Send a clear request to [email protected] before the deadline.
- Approval, acceptance, transfer, download, deployment or commercial use of the final deliverable ends guarantee eligibility. Testing takes place in the provided preview environment. Eligibility also requires reasonable cooperation and excludes committed third-party costs and separately excluded services.
- Paxerr may refuse or revoke refunds, revisions or support, including for abuse, fraud or bad-faith requests, as described in the full terms and subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Late client feedback or missing access can move delivery dates. Taxes, agreed expenses and third-party fees are additional unless included in the order.
- Third-party platforms, providers and services control their own availability and policies. Their changes or outages are outside Paxerr's control.
- Ownership or the agreed licence transfers only after full payment and acceptance. Paxerr retains its pre-existing tools, frameworks and methods.
- For refunded work, Paxerr retains the work and may reuse or resell it after removing confidential information, personal data, credentials and protected brand materials.
- Unless the order prohibits it, Paxerr may showcase non-confidential completed work. Specific revenue, rankings or sales results are not guaranteed.
The full terms and applicable project documents govern. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
