This guide was sold here wayyy back before the trade restriction. The guy got temp banned for something and the guide was leaked for everyone to see. I will try finding a copy of it I know I have it on my hard drive.

Basically you typed in bullshit info and at the bottom you would say something along the lines of "I cannot remember much information about the account because during the time I created it my father was in the Air Force (insert any military branch there) and we were constantly moving around from city to city. The game has recently been brought to my attention and I thought I would try it out again on my old account. Thank you."

As far as I know, this method used to work, it will not work anymore, not since the method got leaked and overused. That is how all of those rare named accounts came back (before the display name update). You were able to recover very rare named accounts and you could even hope that you might get a rare in the bank to go along with it.
