Spam infraction. False?

Okay so DropkickMurphy or whatever gave me a "Warning for spamming"
Yes i im very aware its just a warning and does me no harm..
That however is not the point.
Why did i recieve for a comment that looked like this

So, do tell me why i recieved an infraction when i clearly commeted to
