just got home and zora notified me about this so i'm going to reply.
Only thing that seems to be accurate is the spelling of our usernames in the title.
I believe this was created from a post report made by a user. I don't know how any user would have information to claim I do all the gold trading in that server, unless it was david reporting himself, since the only people with rights to see the tickets in that server are david, me, and one of his admins betelgeuse. So this seems like someone just guessing or trying to extrapolate information based on something they saw.
Despite this fact that the reporter is probably just a clueless potato head, I'll go ahead and break it down anyways.
1. I do not do any trading in david the bigs server currently, in fact I haven't messaged in any of his tickets or general chat for over a month I think.
2. I have a gold seller role which a few other traders also have in his server, but I do also have admin rights giving me access to the tickets. I often traded closely with david, and would receive cashapp/zelle/other usd fiat payment methods for him from customers and charge a fee to change it to his preferred method for him. I did it just via DM's or groupchats at first, but given how often we were swapping I ended up simply getting the admin role which I have currently and accepting methods like cashapp directly from his customers and then paying him out.
3. This role advanced a bit into helping out customers by doing things like letting them know the current rates, letting them know when david will be back online, letting them know if he had stock. This is because david was afk pretty frequently. however I haven't been trading or swapping as much with david due to his current bouts of inactivity which is a large reason as to why I haven't messaged in his server in over a month.
4. I probably have at some points completed a full trade for a customer in that server if david was completely unavailable, but no time in the last month or longer, and at no time when david was actively bumping his selling thread on sythe. Nor was I the ever a lone actor, doing 'all trading' but maybe a small handful of times.
4. Even if I was actively selling gold in davids server or doing all the gold trading, he almost never bumps his gold selling thread, it looks like he bumped it a couple times recently but before that the last bump was in april and then in september of last year. As many of you know he was in a car crash recently and now his computer is broken, before that he was afk for other reasons. I think this is not really classed as actively advertising or trading on his part.
5. I am on vacation currently and have been for the entire duration of davids recent gold thread bumps. Even while home, Currently I don't trade at all with my discord account, I only sell in my discord server/website where my workers handle all trades, so even if I was actively posting in davids server I don't trade via DM's or handle any trading myself, and none of my workers are in his server.
TL;DR: I had administrative duties and swapping duties in davids server, but I have not sent a single message on his server in over a month. David does not actively bump his gold thread so even if I did sell gold in his server it would not be market manipulation. I don't conduct any trades myself for customers currently and none of the people who do conduct trades under my name are even in davids server let alone ranked.
P.S. I have on multiple occasions had arrangements with other providers where I sold gold in their server and on all occasions I made sure they were not actively bumping their selling threads on sythe in tandem with mine.
