How long before recovering

Matux431#291 paid 38m on an rs account but never paid the PayPal amount. I didn't get a screenshot of the confirmation on the gold but I have the conversation to confirm it happend.

I'd say play it safe and recover first to at least have a bargaining chip over him; If he wants the account he can come here and post a scam report and you two can work out payment of the paypal portion. That's what i'd do.

 

I don't want a scam report on me though. I expected him to pay immediately after but he didn't. I hopped on the world he was on and he was talking to people but wouldn't answer me than logged so I'd expect that he had no intentions of paying the other half.

 

Take precautions. For all you know he might be impersonating you and trying to scam your friends in your name. You can explain your side if he files a report against you and present your evidence in his thread. Recover the account, create a new thread and tag his sythe user and present evidence that he hasnt paid you so the mods here know whats going on. That way if he creates his own scam report it wont have any weight.


That's presuming you aren't lying and making this up in the first place.

I'm gonna recover once he pays PayPal I'll give back. Seems like a fair solution to me.

You're not allowed to recover/chargeback without a moderator's permission.

@n0t0ri0us 1 - There needs to be a valid scam report before a staff member would allow you to recover the account. Read the thread that @Wortel posted and update your post or this will be denied.
