hey guys I'm sorry I know this has happened before I just always lose the paper I write the info down on. can you please help me get source back please.... much appreciated

 

heybguys ive been patiently waiting to get my sourceofgreatness account back like i said in my previous post i lost my info that i had written down on a piece of paper i would appreciate it if you could get it back for me please or at least tell me the email its registered under i forgot it.
For proof go on sourceofgreatness and add the skype thats listed there i have access to the skype so i could provide proof like last time
