Alright, I know everyone could agree with me that in the past that Soulja Boy sucks ass, but I think he's going for change.

Lyrics: ( Some words may not be correct)

I'm in the booth with marijuana eyes,
uh soulja boy tellem, uh

Soulja Boy
I love females who like to wear their toes out,
call me a fire hydrants, i bring them hoes out,
I got a lot of people want whats hanging from neck
call me what you want, just don’t call me collect,
tell me whats the deal, what to do with this beef sh!t,
say f@#k me on youtube and when you see me
you didn’t do sh!t,
i don’t believe you rappers, who you kidding dog,
save your lame game for your muthaf@#king memory cards,

Trey Songz
I want the money,
Money and the cars,
Cars and the clothes,
The hoes, I suppose,
I just wanna be, I just wanna be successful (3x)

Soulja Boy
Hip hop is like school yeah I had to learn it,
beef is like a blank disc yeah i had to burn it,
they finally showing me respect but I had to earn it,
I’m heading to the finish line
Ain’t got no time for you turns,
today i realised I am not perfect,
everything I did to get here wasn’t really worth it
why won’t they just let me be great,
you fall down seven times you stand up eight,
realise true happiness lies inside of you,
everyday give yourself a mental shampoo,
the birds sing after the muth f@#king storm gone,
if you want to sing, you can always sing this song
turn my swag on is my theme song,
theres a 95% chance that it used to be your ringtone,
i got swiss in the cheese but I don’t yodel,
heart tatted in my neck they love my vocal’s,

Trey Songz
I want the money,
Money and the cars,
Cars and the clothes,
The hoes, I suppose,
I just wanna be, I just wanna be successful (3x)

SOulja Boy
As I sit back and spit this crack,
I leak it on the internet and watch my haters react,
Fifty said they can’t read between the lines,
so I jab uppercut punch line after punch line,
know your thinking damn Soulja going hard right now,
and I’m thinking damn, this is just a star right now,
Soulja boy is gone on the renegade,
if life give you lemons make lemonade

Trey Songz
I want the money,
Money and the cars,
Cars and the clothes,
The hoes, I suppose,
I just wanna be, I just wanna be successful (3x)

Soulja Boy
uh, no one person on this earth can change their past,
but every single person on this earth can start today and change their future,
thats real sh!t,
Beezy, soulja boy tellem,
uh uh, all my DJ’s play this sh!t back to back

Discuss the song, and his possible new style.

For me, it was alright, a turn for the better, something that actually meant something, but it had some bad parts and somethings that really didn't fit in, but I guess he wanted to keep it that way.

He's stilla douche bag, look at him, before he was famous that faggot kid had 0 tattoos. Now he thinks hes a freakin "Gangster". My ass. Even if I did see this faggot in real life i'd fucking murder him verbally. Physically if needed :P

He probably couldn't afford the tattoos before..turning your body into a canvas like that can cost well over a thousand dollars.
Also I didn't like this song much better than anything else he has done but he does seem to be trying harder.

This is him sucking off every quality rapper that's in or has ever been in the game.

I don't feel bad for him at all. He's the biggest clown and now instead of coming out showing what he's really about, he's pussying out and crying about it.

I'm tired of seeing the growing trend in mainstream music that everything should be cried about.

Suck it up and move on with your life, at least laugh about your lameness. Don't beg the game for forgiveness because the game doesn't forgive.

EDIT: Also one of the wackest emo rap beats I've ever heard.

I thought it was pretty cool. He's rapping about the problems he had trying to make his name in the game.
I used to think he was a douchebag, but after listening to this, I've gained a bit of sympathy for him. He was, after all, trying to get money to support his family, albeit in a cheap way. So don't hate on him for trying to get his foot in the door. I mean, look at any other mainstream rapper, they're lyrics aren't much different from Soulja Boy's earlier shit.

You're showing the prime problem with the video. Why should you feel bad for Soulja Boy when he disrespected the entire game by labeling his garbage ringtones as rap?

There are plenty of other ACTUAL rappers that are mainstream that can ACTUALLY rap. Their lyrics are obviously totally different

I totally agree with inventor about not feeling sorry for him, or for respecting him as a rapper, because he is like most of the new rappers Imo, they add some f&^k you ho, and a bit of rhythm and call it a rap.

Although i do kinda like the rhythm of the song, although its pretty obvious he doesn't mean a damn word of it =).

(Just my opinion, don't mean to offend any of the Soulja Boy fans, if that's the music your into, it shouldn't mean a thing if anyone else likes it, as long as you do)

Couldn`t agree more. Sucker needs to grow pair of balls and stop wearing shit load of blings. Just cause you got money doesn`t mean you are something, learn to be best at what you do...and while at it, hit the gym and get some muscles boy.

Soulja Boy will never be good, end of story. His music is all repition, he repeats the same two lines for five minutes.

That's the best song he's had out of all of them but it's no where near good.

and he's not trying to go good again, he just produced another song called black on black on black and it's straight up shittttttttttttt.

Search Soulja boy black on black on black on youtube and you'll see..

New style or not, in my opinion he still sucks. If he wanted to be good he should started good not the other way around.

Soulja Boy is one of the most overrated musical artists in the history of music. He single handedly killed Hip Hop. Only little kids, uneducated people, and people with no taste in good music listen to Soulja Boy.

Also he has the balls to say that NAS killed hip hop..Nas is a legend compared to this whack shit.
