Well my sig is coming second to your fresh one.. I really like it but the green splatter is so big and it draws your eyes away from the focal, which is your text. I like the idea of the blue v red one, but the red gradient map could look a bit more ruffled and move the buttons a bit so you see them. Also the stitching wouldn't have the same ruffles as the shirt.

The reflection in the top one is god and the bottom one's simplicity is really nice. Text on the button is really good as well. However, I don't like the "Why compete when you can collaborate?" text. Seems a little off to me for some reason, then again I'm kinda fucked atm.

I have no idea why, but I really dislike the 1st one, it just doesnt do it for me.

Wow sorry dude chill, well i think personally u have to much green on one side, you should add in a few more colours other than just one blotch of green

For the Fresh one, your probably wanting the word FRESH to be your focal point. Blur everything but the word slightly to make it 'pop'
