Doing business for bumps

Is this allowed? Like intentionally going out of your way to do a trade for the sake of the bump/vouch on your thread, not really caring for the business/profit

In some cases it's so obvious, not gonna start saying names, but was just wondering if it's against the rules in any way.

 

Its a grey area. But generally answering questions or receiving feedback on your thread just happens to be a free bump and that's fine.

 

when swapping was hyper competitive on sythe like a year ago, several large swappers would do shitty 1m or 500k swaps to get bumps, and nothing was ever done about it. not against the rules in my eyes, but it's poor business practice and should reflect badly on the people doing it... like you said, everyone knows who's doing it (and i hope they look down on them for it)
