My guess is that any of the videos he does of him in "osrs" is actually fake, because the bank video he posted not too long ago, was confirmed by jmods that it was in no way real.

So you can assume that this video is fake as well

The item is still the same, that never changes. It is still dragon platelegs, but the image and name changes, that's all. So if you were to alch it, you would get what you get for alching d legs.
