im sorry but if you dont know whats wrong with the colors you shouldn't be a graphic designer:/
the majorty of the time using that many colors is hard to make look good. try to stick with 2 colors 3 at the most. you have red, green,blue,orange,yellow,white, black. Look you have 7 different colors.

Tbh you have to be open to opinions rather than just being self opinionated. You need to take their advice we'll especially because moon glare is a experienced designer

 

We got proplem here at graphic designer world because everybody who dosent like others work "jelly or something" dosent know what is art. art is a image with ur mind. and when you creating it with ur own style its pretty. if you make basic shit with 2-4 colors same style everytime witch all people use. "its never going to be unique." if you get what im trying to say here.

im not making same shit everytime ill always make new things new styles to learn more things. if i had stick with 1-2 style only i should be master of fucking photoshopping. but ill not going to be. learning is my only thing here. this is a hobby of my only. im not doing this like hardcore "MOONGLARE"

Thinks you can't be unique with a small colour pallet... *sigh* , have you studied colour theory in any way? The uniqueness of your "art" will come with personal style and experience , not by going against the grain of common sense. Surely you can see it's very cluttered and with poor cohesion? These guys who are "hating" on your "art" are giving you constructive criticism, without it you will find it very hard to move into your own unique style.

Following color schemes, and sticking to certain rules is needed to get better. You on the other hand will never be able to get the best out of yourself

As for rating:

I love the layer Style on the middle panel. You should definitely PM me a link to that. ( Kidding ).

Turn the bevel down on the subtext, It looks really bad in my opinion.

Make BIG BOI BETS in one font and center it. Make it blue or make the blue light effects red. The 2 layer stules used on the side are actually not needed.
You might want to remove those.

Instead of | use - and align them correctly.

The ''dragons'' Move them up a little, It's interfering with the stripe on their necks.

The dirty lens texture I'm not a fan of. I like the texture of the layer style itself better. ( Like I said I love it )
