    Someone Please Help
    I have a valid Sythe Account - Sythe name is Areles. Not banned, nor evading, just can not access it.

    When attempting to log in, it asks for a 2 step authenticator, which I correctly enter.

    Then it says, sorry your password is older than 6 months, you must reset it by following this link, so I follow the link.

    The link asks for the email associated with the account so an email can be sent resetting the password, I enter the correct email on file.

    No email comes.

    The problem is: Not only can I not access my account to ask for help (thus leading me to this thread), but I appear to be personally stuck in limbo so that I can not even create a 2nd account (because 2 accounts from the same IP address are not allowed).

    Someone please assist.
