Okay so basically i paid him to make a Avatar, Signature and Ui. He only took details for the avatar and made the avatar, But its been a day he hasn't started on the signature or UI because i didn't give him the details to start, i told him i wanted a refund because i don't have the 200$ perk for the UI and i would just buy the other stuff off him once i reach $200 perk.

i dont see a problem if you're going to purchase from me in the future why i would have to refund you today? you had days to figure out that you couldnt use the UI, this is all on you

you agreed to pay me $60 for the designs, and $15 to rush it.

This seems reasonable to me. It's been like a day since @slim shadz placed his order. If the wait gets ridiculous then I feel like a refund is merited, but we're not at that point yet. @DVLS if you have an ETA on when you'll be able to get this done I would recommend sending that to @slim shadz just to keep him informed.

@slim shadz it seems that you agreed to purchase these GFX from @DVLS and also agreed to his ToS. It also seems like you're refusing to give him information required to complete your order.

If you don't provide the required information I don't see how @DVLS can complete your order, so please give @DVLS the required information so he can finish your order.

It's not his fault if you decide mid-trade that you don't want the thing you bought. You agreed to a very clear "no refunds" clause.
