Someone help, which is the best method?

I was wondering, as I am going for 99 ATT/STR/DEF, if using controlled from 70/70/70 with a whip is better than using a Whip for Attack and Defence individually, and a Dragon Scimitar for Strength individually, anyone know?

Yeah, controlled would work if you want them all up at an even rate.

Giant spiders is my suggestion, they're right under barbarian village and they autoattack (you can afk). Have 4 potion of combat each trip and the rest monkfish. I got 70-99 defence and attack there within 28 days.
