I don't know who this is. But they're bluffing. Mac Address? Oh please. Just change your IP address, and do System Restore to 3 days back JUST IN CASE. Problem solved.

no. It's eternalmage. Get someone to portscan you, if no harmful ports are open, your safe.

 

Fouisgras, we err....it's not as simple as you think; portscanning. I mean, sometimes you can get in trouble. Just portscan yourself from a different laptop, and he is probably bluffing. You can't lock onto a Mac Address. It's like an Ipod's Serial #

 

A.) You dont know what I'm thinking. But I know if ports are open, they can be exploited.

B.) Never mentioned anything about Mac Address

 

If it is eternal, I think that she's just bluffing from what I've seen of her. I've talked to her on MSN, she seems pretty cool if she's not putting on a front.

 

yeah just scan what u download, port scan yourself, and block incomming adresses and u shouldnt have to worry, prolly a bluff n e way
